Over her tenure with the company, she has played an instrumental role in driving marketing innovation, beginning as Director of Marketing before being promoted to Vice President of Marketing and now leading the organization’s marketing division as CMO.

In her role, Ashley brings a forward-thinking approach to real estate marketing, seamlessly blending digital communications, design, and brand strategy. She is well-versed in modern marketing elements, including digital and social media, branding, graphic design, and web development. She also holds a certificate in Full-Stack JavaScript Software Development from Code Fellows, an immersive boot camp based in Seattle.

Previously, Ashley served as Digital Marketing Manager and Web Designer for Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty in Seattle, where she was pivotal in building the digital marketing team and launching the firm’s new website. She also held the role of Marketing Manager with the San Francisco Bay Area affiliate, now Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty, where she coordinated company-wide marketing initiatives, supervised advertising, and trained agents on technology and brand usage.

A graduate of Fordham University with a B.A. in Visual Arts concentrating in Graphic Design, Ashley is based on the East Coast, where she lives with her partner, son, and their cat, Ponyo.
