With more than 35 years of experience in the Lower Westchester real estate market, Pati’s level of local knowledge has been a significant factor in her success in offering outstanding client service. In 2007, Pati was hired by Sotheby’s International Realty to manage their Rye Brokerage Office which consists of approximately 100 of Westchester’s premier agents.

Pati works alongside agents and combines insight, experience and knowledge when working through the nuances of a transaction. Together they provide their sellers and buyers detailed attention in achieving their real estate goals. Pati guides sellers in pricing and marketing strategies in an effort to realize the highest price and best terms for their home. Pati and Sotheby’s agents simplify the home selling and purchase process and provide resources and impeccable service to their clients. 

Eager to give back to the community that provides so much to Sound Shore residents, Pati has served on the Rye YMCA Board of Directors, on the Rye City School District Curriculum Council, as Midland School PTO President, on the Board of the Rye Ranger Youth Hockey Association, is a co-founder of the Heard in Rye Speakers Bureau. Currently, Pati is on the Board of Soul Ryeders organization and works closely with My Sister’s Place.
