Top producing real estate agent of over 20 years represents homebuyers on the episode as they search for and purchase a new home in Westchester County
Rye, N.Y. – January 5, 2014 – Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty announced today thatagent Julia Brasesco of the firm’s Rye brokerage will be featured on an upcoming episode of HGTV’s “House Hunters Renovation.” The episode, which follows homebuyers Stephanie and Jeff Broderick as they search for their new Westchester County home, will air on January 10th on HGTV at 10 PM.
“House Hunters Renovation” is a one-hour show that focuses on the home searching process. In each episode, featured homebuyers tour numerous properties, ultimately deciding among three homes. The second half of the episode is dedicated to showcasing any renovations the homeowners then make to their new residence.
HGTV contacted Brasesco to participate in the show by representing her own buyers, Stephanie and Jeff Broderick, on their search and purchase of a new house for them and their three children. The family focused their search in the lower Westchester County area.
Brasesco is a top-producing agent who has been selling real estate in Rye and other parts of Westchester County, as well as Connecticut, for over 20 years. She has a background in accounting, and currently resides in Rye Brook with her husband and two boys. Brasesco specializes in residential and new construction real estate.
