Bates' design features a half dozen window styles (a Palladian window towers over the staircase landing), 17th century style balusters, bracketed eaves, Juliet balconies and fanciful designs on the shingle work. This 7 BR family house with 5 fireplaces has had only 2 owners in the last 50 years. With a large outdoor patio and side yards, proximity to Wellington Circle where children play and just three blocks from the school playground and athletic facilities, this is a wonderful place to raise a family.
