Real estate runs in Erika’s family - her grandmother was a respected local broker whose career inspired Erika to follow in her footsteps. That family legacy, paired with Erika’s deep appreciation for home, community, and connection, continues to guide her work today.
Before her career in real estate, Erika developed a solid foundation in business, discipline, and client service through her family’s world-renowned German Shepherd breeding and training program. Established in 1958 by her grandfather, the kennel has proudly earned the title of #1 German Shepherd kennel in the United States an unprecedented 36 times, and ranks 3rd in the world. Erika continues to play an active role in the operation, handling, and presentation of these exceptional dogs at national and international competitions.
Erika also spent years rooted in agriculture - raising cattle, chickens, vegetables, and more. Additionally, she operated a large farm stand that served the local community. These early experiences instilled a lifelong respect for perseverance, quality, and authenticity - values that now define her approach to real estate.
Her background in entrepreneurship, leadership, and design allows her to see beyond the surface of a property and help clients realize its full potential. She proudly represents both buyers and sellers, from first-time homebuyers to those seeking distinctive luxury estates, offering the same level of dedication and professionalism to every client. Combined with the prestige, marketing excellence, and global reach of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty, Erika offers her clients a seamless and rewarding real estate experience built on trust, expertise, and genuine care.
