Holly Mellstrom

Real estate is both a passion and a full-time profession for Westchester County broker Holly Mellstrom. With an exceptional command of the local market, a 24/7 commitment to her clients, and a sophisticated understanding of consumer decision-making, Holly has consistently ranked among the top 1% of more than 40,000 agents in the regional multiple listing system. A tech-savvy, full-time broker with an MBA in Consumer Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis, Holly joined Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty in 2016. She began her real estate career in 1999 with McClellan Sotheby’s International Realty. Prior to real estate, Holly built a successful career as a marketing executive with Procter & Gamble, Showtime Networks, Pepsi-Cola, and several notable internet startups, where she specialized in strategy and brand positioning.

A Pelham resident since 1997, Holly specializes in estates, complex transactions, and managing concurrent purchases and sales. She offers clients access to an extensive local and global network and is known for her collaborative approach with other real estate professionals. Her business is largely referral-based—a testament to her integrity, discretion, and ability to consistently deliver results. Holly brings boundless energy, meticulous preparation, and a willingness to tackle even the most challenging transactions.

Born in Türkiye and fluent in Turkish, Holly has lived in England, Canada, Indiana, California, Missouri, Florida, New Jersey, and Manhattan before ultimately putting down roots in Pelham. Having relocated many times herself, she has a deep understanding of the emotional and logistical complexities her clients face and is highly attuned to guiding them through successful transitions.

Holly is widely respected by clients, peers, and the broader community. She has served two terms on the Westchester County Board of Directors and was appointed to the organization’s Professional Standards Committee. She is a recipient of the Board’s Platinum, Gold, and Silver Awards and has been a member of the National Association of Realtors since 1999.

Holly and her husband, Brian, raised their two children in Pelham, where they have been deeply involved in local schools and community organizations. Holly has held board positions with The Junior League of Pelham, the Pelham Children’s Center, the Siwanoy Elementary School PTA, and the New Rochelle YMCA.
