Specifically, I would most strongly recommend Jodi Strycharz with whom we worked with on th purchase of our previous residence 14 years ago, She maintained contact and remained very much aware of our future needs - maintained communication and alerted us about the availability of a property she thought we might be interested in - smaller, quiet, one floor, fitting for us as we age. My wife and i who were on an island in Maine made a decision on a very quick scan of the prospectus online for less than 6 hours, and made a bid sight unseen. We also asked Jodi to put our previous purchase, which was handled by Jodi, and it sold in less than a week with 3 bids above the asking price. We never left maine. The combined transactions were settled in less than 2 weeks and both closed to the satisfaction and delight of all concerned. Jodi shepherded us through all the many vagaries and details and was constantly ahead of the curves.
