Kim came to Real Estate from a successful 16-year career in finance. She worked as a market research analyst and a portfolio manager for both Charles Schwab and Delaware Investments, where she became an expert in understanding psychology and thinking strategically. She developed an acute attention to detail, a strong analytical mind, and an ability to negotiate like no other core skills that continue to differentiate her today in her Real Estate career.
Besides her love of numbers and her deep market knowledge, Kim was born and raised in the tri-state area and has lived in Rye for over 20 years so she is an expert on everything local! She has navigated two children through the Rye School system and has been actively involved at every level. Kim’s boundless energy is equally evident in her other local endeavors she’s an expert spin instructor and has been teaching classes at the YMCA for over ten years. She’s also passionate about history and has been actively involved in the Rye Historical Society for almost 10 years, as well as being and is on the Vestry of Christ's Church.
