Linda Bittner was a wonderful agent- a genuine warm and friendly person who was interested in getting me the best price for my condo. She collaborated with my sister , a LI realtor, and was pro-active in getting me another $20k when I was the 'only' property on the market at Oronoque Village. When my condo was inspected by OVCA and needed 2 smoke alarms to meet their standards, Linda went and purchased them as I live in FL to keep the sale moving along. Overall, I would give her solid '10' rating. Enjoysed working with her.
