I was born and raised in Connecticut and have lived on the Connecticut shoreline for the last 25 years with my husband and two children. My teenage son and daughter have grown up attending the Old Saybrook School system and are active in various academic, recreational, and social activities, which have allowed our family to develop strong community ties. Prior to moving to Old Saybrook, my husband and I lived in Clinton where we successfully restored an old beach house on Hammock Point, while starting our family and establishing a fond appreciation for the shoreline lifestyle and the friends we have met along the way.
I have had extensive sales and customer service training and experience working as bank branch manager, trust sales coordinator, and insurance and annuity sales. I am proud to say that I have won many awards and accolades for sales and customers service satisfaction. Throughout my years working with these banks I was able to achieve great growth and success for the banks as well as professionally. The experience instilled in me a great aspiration for retail sales working with my customers and clients to address their needs and help them achieve their goals. My banking experience laid the ground work for me to be well suited for real estate as I always put my clients first and strive to provide superior customer service. I have been recognized as a top agent in multiple categories. It gives me great pleasure to help my clients achieve their objectives whether they are selling their home or trying to find their perfect home that meets their requirements. I am a fighter and a listener and I will always negotiate what is best for my clients, while recognizing the need to close a deal that works for all interested parties.
When I am not out working with my clients you can find me in one my favorite places. My kitchen. Cooking or baking with my daughter. I am an avid gardener and find great solace early mornings tending to the needs of my gardens. Most weekends my family and I are out enjoying all the beautiful Connecticut shoreline has to offer. Boating in the sound, paddle boarding in Saybrook’s North Cove, or strolling on the beach watching the gorgeous sunsets. I am also the Co-Chair-woman of North Cove Yacht Clubs Junior Sailing program, supporter of the Sunshine Kids, and Ovarian Cancer Coalition. I also am enthusiastic about house design and home furnishings. I adore fabrics and furniture and continually keep...

Read LessMelissa did an amazing job moving the process along. She’s very efficient and really helped me to stay focused on the goals ahead of us, she guided me when I was unsure, and she supported me when I felt frustrated. She was my calm in the storm! Melissa always had an answer for my questions and if she didn’t know it right then she would get right back to me as soon as possible. I really enjoyed working with her and I really respect her professionalism and knowledge of the industry. I do feel that there could have been a little bit more communication when pricing the house and a little bit more time waiting for offers to come in. However, I do understand why she made the decisions that she did and it all worked out beautifully! I can’t thank her enough for all that she did, during this sometimes, difficult process! I would absolutely refer her to anyone who is looking for an agent, is motivated and knowledgeable!
Melissa Pardi, and Pete Zucco were absolutely terrific. They were with us every step of the way for the sale of our property in Connecticut. Plus they took the extraordinary step of vetting and interviewing realtors for us in Delaware. They then selected a team of realtors there, and connected us with those professionals in Delaware, and they did a great job for us as well. We would recommend Melissa and Pete to anyone looking to buy or sell property in Connecticut. You could not do any better than that team. We are very grateful and appreciative of all the extraordinary help they gave us throughout the process. Pat & Pattie DeVito
