We got more than our asking price thanks to her negotiation skills; even though, at the beginning, we thought the asking price was high. Throughout the negotiation process and contract particulars, Nancy continued to offer excellent advice and always supported our decisions. Nancy provided many extra services. Some examples include meeting the water lab technician twice while we were out of town, help and advice about packing up and moving, research involving zoning ordinances. Nancy was fabulous... she stuck it through with us when we weren't sure what we wanted, and we changed our mind a number of times. She knew the neighborhoods and showed us all kinds of houses based on what we were looking for and was amazingly patient with our family's needs.
