This review is long overdue. I want to say that ever since Nina Picante from Sotheby's came into my life this past September her connections in the industry have secured me a place I can call home. Myself and my family were displaced from our house due to a horrible fire in August. Thankfully the insurance help us out a lot to make sure we were good at hotel stays but at some point the hotel living was becoming overwhelming. Our realtor was finding it hard to place us in a temp home and he reached out to our angel in disguised as Nina. I spoke with her and literally in minutes she had listings and in less than a week I was moving in. The house we in isn't perfection but Nina made sure all my issues were resolved and from time to time she still checks in. Thank you Nina and Sotheby's for giving me peace of mind throughout this process.

I can’t recommend Nina enough! The post COVID market is fast paced and insane. We went through two other realtors before we found Nina and what a difference she was! Nina is knowledgeable, hard working and on top of her stuff in a fast paced market. I never felt pressured to make an offer or that my budget was beneath her standards (issues with the previous realtors). No matter time of day or night Nina responded to questions and quickly and was always willing to show us another house (we went to quite a few). After 14 months of searching (the last 3 with Nina) we finally found our forever home! Thanks Nina for everything and keeping us positive and hopeful when things seemed hopeless!
