Patricia McNamee

Patricia is a licensed real estate salesperson with Heather Croner Real Estate Sotheby’s International Realty. She grew up between Colorado and Europe. She spent her first career on Wall Street, structuring financing for municipalities, manufacturing facilities, and universities. Her attention to detail and her ability to negotiate and communicate clearly with her clients were keys to her success. Her second career was spent working in the consumer magazine industry in New York City. She brings the experience of both of those careers to her property buyers and sellers. She especially enjoys working together, patiently, to find a property that best suits each client’s lifestyle goals. She understands that whether you are purchasing or selling a property, it is one of life’s important decisions and she looks forward to guiding you through the journey.

Patricia has a passion for travel. She has traveled extensively and has enjoyed immersing herself in the local culture’s traditions, food, music and sense of community. In addition to her passion for travel, she is an avid outdoors person and is committed to volunteering in the field of literacy for women and girls.

She made her home in the Hudson Valley many years ago and was captivated by the beauty of the land and by the community’s appreciation of and dedication to land preservation, supporting farming communities and local businesses. She looks forward to working with you in the Hudson Valley.
