Tracy helped my wife and I find a beautiful home in Ardsley as we were relocating from California at the end of May during the height of the COVID pandemic. On top of that, we had a 9 month old at the time, and my wife was going to start working as a physician in NYC. Tracy worked with us remotely while we were in California, helped us find and narrowed listings, and explained the process. Houses in westchester were selling really fast at the time, and the rental market was even crazier. But Tracy managed everything so sensibly that we had an accepted offer within 3 days of flying into New York. And after having lived in our new home for now almost 5 weeks, I can say there's nothing wrong with it and we like it more every day. Tracy also advised us on who to get inspections from, recommended a lawyer as well as a mortgage officer. We trusted her advice fully and couldn't be happier.
