Christy Murphy and Mimi Magarelli were a great team in supporting me as executor of my Dad's estate in selling his very unique home in a timely fashion and maximizing the value of that sale. This assignment included challenges regarding the positioning and pricing of a unique modernist waterfront home that needed rehabilitation and contained a full medical office property at street level. Christy and Mimi went above and beyond the call of duty in enhancing, protecting and maintaining the vacant home during the sales process which was an incredible value-add for me as a seller who was remote. Several challenging home and dock maintenance issues came up during the sales process and Mimi & Christy were an indispensable support team.
