If you know Cord, it’s no surprise he's earned multiple industry accolades, including achieving President's Circle status at his previous brokerage for total career sales of over $700M. Cord has also been recently highlighted by Westchester Magazine as a top agent and he is ranked among The Wall Street Journal and RealTrends' America's Best List of individual agents by volume. But his proudest achievement is his long list of repeat customers. From coaching first-time buyers to creating marketing campaigns for development companies, Cord has done it all. Recently he led the sales team at 732 West End Avenue, a new condominium project on The Upper West Side. He also recently worked with Toll Brothers, a Fortune 500 company, where he sold their single-family and townhouse developments in Tarrytown, Pleasantville, and Mount Pleasant.

Cord attended New Rochelle's Iona Preparatory School and Connecticut's The Westminster School before earning a bachelor's degree in business administration from The State University of New York at Buffalo. Today he and his family reside in Scarsdale's Boulder Ridge neighborhood. When he's not hard at work, Cord can be found coaching his kids' sports teams, hitting the golf links, skiing in Vermont or Utah, and visiting family in Florida.
