Rob has been terrific throughout the entire selling process. What should have been a fairly typical process things became a bit complicated due to unforeseen probate issues. Rob and his colleague Laurie were very helpful and reassuring and their experience was very beneficial for working through the entire process. Rob is a very knowledgeable professional and pleasant to work with. At times we contacted him after business hours and on week-ends and he always responded promptly which we very much appreciated. We ended up closing in a much timelier manner than expected which I believe we would not have if it weren’t for his experience. I highly recommend Rob when buying or selling a house or condo. Rob also has experience with rentals as well which I consider a plus.
