As a former IT manager, Sarah uses technology as a tool to help market and sell her listings and to communicate with customers. But she also values traditional practices like picking up the phone, paying attention, and responding to the needs, wants, questions, and concerns of her clients.
Her business's foundation is a steadfast dedication to providing for her customers. Sarah always begins by carefully listening to her client's goals and aspirations before using her innate problem-solving abilities, negotiation skills, and upbeat view of life to take the necessary steps to make those objectives and dreams a reality...

Given that buying or selling a house is a significant life event, Sarah likes to make the process as enjoyable as she can. She wants her clients to look back on this period with fond memories and have fun reaching this life milestone.
As the real estate market is a relationship-oriented profession, Sarah works hard to build client relationships based on confidence and trust. Her ultimate goal is to have all of her business referrals come from previous customers who were completely satisfied with the knowledgeable and attentive service they received.
Sarah and her husband are raising their two boys in Ridgefield and their Malti-poo, Cody. She is actively involved in the community, currently serving as vice president of the Ridgefield PTA Council, tech advisor for the Community Bible Study in Ridgefield, media advisor, and youth group teacher for the New Haven Korean Presbyterian Church, a member of the Twin Ridge Association book club, and former vice president of fundraising at Branchville Elementary School PTA.
Sarah enjoys using her free time to express her creativity by making imaginative baked items or painting her fingernails with festive hues and patterns.

I had a great experience working with Sarah Oh as my buyer’s agent in Fairfield County. Sarah gave us a lot of personal attention and was consistently honest and thoughtful throughout the process. She’s extremely knowledgeable about Fairfield County and used that insight to help us think critically about whether each property truly fit our needs. She pointed out important factors, like differences in school districts and other location-specific details, which helped us avoid buying in an area that wouldn’t have been the right fit. Thanks to her guidance, we ended up buying a great home in the area we actually wanted—something we initially thought was a long shot. She also connected us with trustworthy professionals for inspections and other services, which made the process much smoother. Sarah is kind, reliable, and a strong advocate to have on your side. I’m grateful for her help and wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again.
