Bonnie is an exceptional realtor. I've worked with several realtors in my life as I have moved up and down the east coast and she by far was the best realtor I dealt with. She spent the time to get to know us as a family, our needs and desires and spent several months helping to make sure that we got the right house for us. She also worked hard to negotiate a deal with the other realtor for us. She knows New Canaan exceptionally well and we look forward to having her over to our house for years to come as she has become a great friend through our house hunting experience.

I am so glad I found Bonnie. We looked at and made offers on 4 houses. Our first offer was turned down as it had just gone on the market and we continued looking. We found some other houses that we liked but all turned out to have problems that we did not see at first. Bonnie stayed with us and was helpful throughout. In the end we brought the first house. After months of looking Bonnie talked to the agent for that first house we liked, called us and told us they would bring down the price. Within an hour we had an agreement and got the house we wanted at a price that worked for us. She is so nice and easygoing. A pleasure to work with.
