To my surprise, Donna stayed with us during the purchase process and made sure that we hired quality people to evaluate the condition of the house, the well, the septic, the roof etc.. We discovered the well pump was malfunctioning and it need to be replaced. If she had not made this happen, we would have been liable for a $10k repair. She insisted we had up to date fire alarms throughout the house (some needed to be replaced). Donna is very courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about her job.
