I’ll leave you with my last impression- as Nancy, Phil, my wife and I walked away from the closing in the driveway. Both Nancy and Phil turned to us and said “we are so happy for you two, you will make a lot of beautiful memories here- we’ll see you soon for dinner”. I knew then, and I should have known earlier on, we weren’t being helped or congratulated by our Real Estate agents, but rather our friends.
